VP, Client

The VP, Client is primarily a sales and account management position reporting to the SVP, Client. The primary responsibilities are to drive business development efforts in Assurely’s focused market segments and support client insurance needs. The VP, Client position is a role that will blend administration, client advisory, and carrier discussions ultimately being responsible for a holistic customer experience.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate Assurely product and technology solutions effectively
Achieve new business sales and product expansion goals within Assurely’s target market of companies and partners on a quarterly basis
Facilitate the necessary insurance operations and customer service objectives as directed by the SVP, Client & insurance operations team members.
Update and improve internal information management systems
Be a disciplined champion of the Assurely culture and brand with external and internal partners, vendors, clients, and colleagues
Requirements
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with excellent organization and a habit of assiduity
1-3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or a related insurance business sales and/or account management position (experience is agnostic to SMB, middle-market, and enterprise customers)
Demonstrates an ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally and a commitment to coming through for people
Demonstrates a logical, rational approach to tackling new ideas, sorting information, and discovering creative solutions as problems are presented
Self-motivated with intense curiosity
Current insurance licensing
